      <description>&lt;P&gt;Most likely your porting failed.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Does your old sim work? Have you restated your phone?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If failed port use the question mark to submit a ticket and say failed port to start the process.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

But it being a high priority issue and while wait times are not 48 hours why make a customer wait when they can get it fixed themselves. It's always being said this is D.I.Y. mobile service provider and when we have been trying to help others like &lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/117024"&gt;@brayhayden&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; all weekend and last week.
