    <description>&lt;P&gt;I receive this error when trying to port my number from Bell. Called them, phone is unlocked. The alternate phone number section is circled red when I try to continue off this page,l tried different phone numbers. Any suggestions?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Thanks! Tried both already. Using Internet Explorer so going to try another browser. From what I've read it looks like it could be the time of day or that I'm filling the form out too fast; however I've tried slowing down after clearing cache and incognito mode and still same error.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Try using Chrome.&amp;nbsp; Also accessing the site later in the day maybe better when it is not as busy.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
