Public mobile took too much money out of my bank account leaving me with an overdrawn balance. I don't know how to get my money back. The bank won't do nothing

Crap. Only the moderators can fix that. I'm not sure about refunds though. Did you do any changes on your account? Or think that you had to make another payment?
