    <description>&lt;P&gt;I have auto renew set up on my account, but I did not have enough funds to renew my plan. So I opted to change from the 50$ plan down to the $40. I went and made the change and it took the funds but my phone is still not working. Can anyone tell me why, or how I can activate it with my new plan. My old plan was scheduled to renew today.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Have no experience with this but someone here said there is a "renew" button or something like that to get it to process a renewal from suspension.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;AE_Collector&lt;/P&gt;</description>
