      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/117776"&gt;@todanielchow&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Everyone should do the simple procedure first before configure APM manually.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- Enable data&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- Install PM SIM card&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- Restart you phone to allow PM SIM to configure your APN automatically.&amp;nbsp; If this does not work, manually configure APN as above.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
