@am7777 did you add the funds in your self serve account and then go to purchase add ons and buy it?

Buying add-on is a 2 steps process. First adding fund to your account. Then, purchase the add-on with the available fund in your account.

Is the add-on fund added to your available fund?

If yes, you have done the first step. Now, purchase your add-on.
