I have enough funds in ormy balance, but my account has been suspended. Why? Now I could not reactive my plan, even if I made a payment to my account. Does anyone know what is going on? Thank you.

@Zhuoyu try manually adding $1 or the enabling lost stolen mode.

if you do lost stolen you might have issues with rewards on your next renewal and will need a moderator to credit your account after renewal with the missing rewards.

You could try adding $1 or turning off and on lost/stolen.

@Zhuoyu...when is your next renewal date ? When you log into My Account does it show Expired or Suspended ?
