You need to buy the add-on before making LD calls. 1 add-on min is deducted for each min airtime used, regardless of which country. Add-on mins do not expire.

I can't make a long distance to Germany. What could be the problem?

@JJK1 Assuming you have the International add-on purchased and showing on your online landing page.

Dial 011, 49, and then the phone number.
