I like to reward people for saying plz and thx on their op's and responses. A little gratitude goes a long way with me.

That's up to you to decide when to give them. Give them to messages that help make the Community better or that help fix an issue.

Awesome all very good reasons for Brazos.. .now how about how? Must be obvious but oblivious to me. Is there an icon I touch...after the post? Under? Where? I certainly want to reward those who help pm customers.

Well...on each post the button/icon with the thumbs up and the word "Bravos" beside it, is what you click to give or take away your Bravo.
