Why can't I sent text messages to the Netherlands? My plan includes international text messaging.

How did you format the numbers for your text? +31? Try 0031?

Overseas texting can be tricky. Public Mobile need to have agreement with the other carrier. Try to send a text to another friend who uses a different carrier. For now, you can use social media to talk to person in Netherlands.

Perhaps the recipient doesn't have a plan that accepts texts internationally.
