Adding friends

When I click on someone's name in order to add them as friend for example I'm not able to because this is what it does after I click on Andu_S name to add him, the box opens to the left as per the pic below shows you. If it opened on the right hand side, I'd see everything including the add friend button, and whatever features I can't see.

Any suggestions. Is it cause it's from my cell perhaps.

I am able to add friends on my desktop computer.

Need to click on the private message, title of message.

Then you can see friend icon beside the name on the right. See picture below. It worked for me. Click the Friend icon.

I don't have a PC only my cell.

It's all good I don't need to add friends at this point I just figured since I've been in the forums for a few days cause of my ongoing log in issues I'd mention it, but ultimately without a PC and my samsung it's not letting me add.

Still having login issues and it still refuses to accept my security answer in order to reset my pw.
