    <description>&lt;P&gt;Good morning!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am fairly new to Public Mobile and I apologize for asking so many questions.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;One of my friends tried to call me and it goes straight to voicemail. Is this due to activating my account yesterday and it takes time to fully process the changes from ny old mobile service provider (Virgin)?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you for your help,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;April&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Have you tried to restart the phone yet? Some ports take a little longer than others. You can stick in your old sim card till it stops working as the calls are probably still going to your virgin sim. Once the virgin sim stops working put the public mobile sim in, and you should be good to go.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
