      <description>&lt;P&gt;I'm trying to figure this out. &amp;nbsp;My credit card expired and autopay failed. &amp;nbsp;I don't know how much time elapsed before I realized the autopay failed but after adding a new credit card the payment for the plan went through but I seem to have lost my phone number.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
