The $15 plan givess unlimited international texting including picture messaging while you are anywhere in Canada.

@paul007 I neat trick you can try to use if possible: turn on WiFi to get updates for messagings apps etc, then turn on your data to send picture message. If do not have a large amount of data, this can help to keep your data usage lower.
