free add ons

Hi,

This is from my plan in my account statement

($35)

Current Add-Ons

$0 Free Holiday Giveaway: 1GB Add-on - Free
$0 Free Holiday Giveaway: 400min INTL Long Distance (incl CA & US) - Free

I am unable to make INTL long distance calls even though it appears I have them as current add-ons. What am I missing ?

Please assist.

Maybe country you're calling us not on list?

International calling covers the following countries: Canada, United States, China, France, Germany, Greece, Hong Kong, India, Italy, South Korea, Malaysia, Mexico, Poland, Portugal, Puerto Rico, Singapore, Spain, Thailand, United Kingdom, and Venezuela

@hotrad If the country you are calling is not on the list then you will not be able to make that call. What country are you trying to call?

011 + country code + area code + phone number

Which country are you trying to call?

Make sure the country is supported by the 400 international minutes add-on list above.

The country you have called may not be on the International Calling list. Check to make sure. If it isn't you could buy a low cost, long distance, calling card which is available at many retailers.

Unfortunately you are not able to donate the minutes. They don't expire so maybe sometime in the future you might need them. They will remain on your account till all used up.

Public Mobile didn't give a free add-on that included only U.S. and Canada.

I took the free add on 1 gig and it worked
