My plan is $33.00 a month. I had balance of $2.00 plus suppose to be reward of $5.00 should be payment of $26 for Aug. It is showing balance due $31. The reward wasn't taken off. It should have been I paid $26 which is correct amount due. Fix it please.

When is your renewal? If tonight then you won't get it fixed in time. You'll need to pay the amount due (or let it autopay) and then deal with the account issues when you get in contact with the moderators.

I would contact the moderator team about this, make sure to send screen shots of your payment history, they might be able to help
