Log into My Account...do you see the $$ sitting in Available Funds ? If so, now go back and actually buy the add-on you want.

Turn phone off ...wait a minute..then back on again.

Make sure you're in US as the add-on won't work whilst you're in Canada but you should still see it in My Data and Add-ons.

Check your transaction history to see if the payment for your add-on was taken.
