Does the $$ you put in show as Available Funds?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Try restarting your phone.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;To edit out your number, click on the three dots at the top right and select Edit Reply.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Top up issue</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;today I purchased a top up for my public mobile plan, entered it in and now it is telling me that&amp;nbsp; it is active, but it will not let me call or text, and when I try to make calls it tells me I dont have a long distance add on.
