Holiday Gift Details

The recent holiday gift from public includes 1GB data, and 400 min international minutes (including canada and us).

If we travel to the US and call numbers from both Canada and America, does the 400min free add on still work??? Same for the 1gb data?

Or does one have to purchase roaming type add ons?

The free 400 international minutes and the free 1GB data are for use while your are in Canada. You need to buy US roaming add-on in order to use data or minutes while you are in US.

I think you have to buy an add-on to roam in the US (text and/or talk). The current gift promotion would only work in Canada if you cannot roam in the US.

This was stated in the first reply of this thread. An exception to needing a romaing add-on would be a specific plan that used to be offered that included roaming.
