      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello all,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Was wondering if anyone else has a Light Phone II in Canada, specifically BC. I'm not receiving text messages, but I can call and send messages on my phone. Any help would be awesome. Thanks!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;The closest thing I found online about not receiving texts was &lt;A href="https://support.thelightphone.com/hc/en-us/articles/360034940272-Verizon-SIM-swap-not-receiving-incoming-texts" target="_self"&gt;this&lt;/A&gt;, but I don't think this will help unless there is a Public Mobile equivalent of "CDMA-less status". Do you have another active sim that you can test in your Light Phone II, that isn't&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;Freedom, Videotron, SaskTel, Fido or Rogers&amp;nbsp;&lt;/STRONG&gt;to test receiving messages. This is a weird phone to begin with, so there isn't much you can tinker with on your end other than reinsert the sim and hope it works.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Yeah, that was the first thing I read. There's no number for me to call to ask about the CDMA-less status, so I think I'll just try and re-insert the SIM.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;You could verify that the issue isn't originating from the sim card by inserting it in regular unlocked phone and seeing if you can receive messages.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
