    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/96583"&gt;@brady2&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I assume you have a positive balance of $22, but your acccount won't activate. &amp;nbsp;In the self service account, is there a re-activate plan button?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You could also try the lost/stolen phone trick. &amp;nbsp;It seems to reset your plan. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;To report your phone&lt;SPAN class="Apple-converted-space"&gt;&amp;nbsp; &lt;/SPAN&gt;lost/stolen. &amp;nbsp;Login to your account. &amp;nbsp;Choose &lt;STRONG&gt;Plans and Add-ons&lt;/STRONG&gt; tab. Then choose &lt;STRONG&gt;Lost/Stolen Phone&lt;/STRONG&gt; tab. &amp;nbsp;The choose &lt;STRONG&gt;Suspend Service&lt;/STRONG&gt; tab. &amp;nbsp;Logout.&amp;nbsp; Wait few minutes.&amp;nbsp; Login in and report your phone found.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;Reboot phone.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;i have a 15 doller plan for my son and i put in 22 doller public mobile card and i missed one day late and now i cant pay it i have 24 dollers in my acc but i still cant pay for it and now my son has a phone with no calls or texts on it&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
