Hey I paid my bill on the 16th and you guys took out a second payment yesterday! I need to know how to fix this because now my account is in the negative

Did you make a manual payment (top up) ?

Before replying, pelase take a second to read through the threads to avoid repetition. This same thing was stated nearly 6 hours earlier.

Ask the moderator team about this, they may be able to reverse the charge.
