You can also get it unlocked at Apple store in addition to Rogers who sold you your iPhone 6s.

@toddgregg Call Rogers, provide your IMEI and ask them to unlock your phone. Rogers sends the unlock request to Apple's servers and the phone automatically gets unlocked.

If Rogers refuses to unlock it then you can use a service similar to this one:

I had my unlock code from R*gers today. I used the livechat (instead of calling), and it only took couple of minutes. They just need your IMEI#, and you'll get the code right away.

There is no such thing as an unlock code for any iPhone device. iPhones are not unlocked by the user typing in a code, but rather by the carrier requesting that Apple's activation server allows that device to be used with any sim card.
