Try the lost/stolen feature.&lt;BR /&gt;Log in to self-serve. Plan &amp;amp; Add-Ons from top menu. Lost/Stolen Phone from next menu. Suspend Service button. Log out. Wait a few minutes. Log back in and back to Lost/Stolen Phone and Resume Service this time. Log out. Restart phone.&lt;BR /&gt;See what happens.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;2. Manually add $1 into your account and restart the phone.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Sending multiple messages within 24 hours is not going to elicit a faster response. You must be patient for a reply.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;What plan are you on? If you log into your account, what plan does it show? Did you use up all your talk and data minutes?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I added money on Thursday to my account and it wouldn’t reactivate until this morning but now it says I can’t receive or make calls.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have Canada wide calling and text and haven’t used any data as it’s a new month so. It’s soooo frustrating!!&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
