Sometimes there can be issues which to me are worth it. When self serve has an issue I come back an hour later and it works. If this is not acceptable to you this may not be the provider for you. You may be interested in going up a tier to Koodo, or directly to bell or telus.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

I had a problem with my account when I first signed up, I was not happy I can tell you. I posted for help, contacted the moderator team and my issue was resolved. Since then i have had no issues and been enjoying my service.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This service is not for everyone, this is a self-serve kind of company. If you want someone who will answer your live call for help 24/7, then you have to pay for that luxury and move up to a top tier provider.
