i payed for 30 for 30 days plan which includes Canada wide talk international text and 500GB 3 g data and I am not able to make calls to and from anyone in Canada.

when did you activate your sim? I believe the issue may resolve itself. Try restarting your phone and double check the plan you chose shows up int your account.

Does your phone have access to the 3G network? If not, telephone service is not accessible. The 3G needs the UTMS bands.

No I did from create your own plan and I am able to use text services

@Meenus Any reason why you decided to build your own plan and not pick the ready-made plan for $25? Saves you $5 every 30 days plus if you enable AutoPay you get double the data 1GB and save another $2 every 30 days. Save your money!!
