      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello:&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I recently switched to Public Mobile as my carrier and my data is not working. I still have 1GB of data left and I have tried adjusting APN network settings, but this is still not working for me. I own a LG G4 phone. Can someone help me on this matter?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Try resetting network settings. If that doesn't work then you need to do a factory reset to get data working.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

They may be able to adjust something on their end, or give you a more specific solution.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
