How do I change my data plan by the time my plan renews on Oct. 20th 2016. Thank you

Change plan on the first tab

Then choose what plan you want

Note: If you change you plan by yourself you might end up having a issue.

SO i'm tagging our nicely moderators to help you out @Shazia_K@Mary_M@Saray_O

PM have a glitch when you try to switch plans. If you wanna change your plan you need to do as follows.
1. Remove auto payment
2. Wait till the last day of your renewal and wait for the PM to gave you a message which say that you don't have enough credits on your acc.
3. Change desired plan
4. Enable auto payment.

The glitch is that you cannot change your plan in the beginning/middle of your renewal.
Also this thing can conduct to different glitches.

1. Unable to access self serve.
2. Incorrect reward display.
3. Malfunction of your services.

If you follow @Ionut's amazing tips you should be able to change your plan without any issues!

However, if you end up being affected by this evil plan change glitch, just send me or @Shazia_K and @Mary_M a private message and we will change it for you! 😄
