@Sandra1986 if you forget both you'd need to contact the moderator_team by clicking on the question mark on the right hand side of the page. Kepp going until you get to submit ticket and they'll get back to hopefully today!

Submit a ticket to a moderator by clicking on the question mark on the bottom right.

You can't register. You can only fix the current account. If you attempt to make a new account, you'll get an error. You"ll need to do as others said to open a ticket.
