I have added money to my account several times using the one time top-up rather than the "make a payment" choice. My payment date is now on the 8th of each month. My account was activated on the 11th. I'd like to change the payment date back to the 11th.

@TomGetc , payment is every 30 days or 90 days. These are fixed payment cycles. Customers can't change them.

@TomGetc just manually add funds on the 11th each month. The date moves because months have variable number of days while plans have fixed 30 or 90 days.

@TomGetc You can't, as others have mentioned your renewal date at PM is every 30 days and not monthly. As a workaround just make payment on the first of every month and you should be good.
