Like the others I have *locked* my SIM card. Please prodvide me with assistance.

@diatom- Use SImon (click the ? in the lower corner of the screen), and ask the question. Follow prompts to open a ticket with moderator team. Much faster than waiting and hoping that they see your tag of the moderator team.

You can also private message a moderator by clicking mail logo, upper right, and follow instructions.

Only the moderators can provide to you. You wil need to open a ticket as discussed earlier.

I have accidentally locked my sim card, need sim PUK #, tried to put in a ticket, no go.
