To report your phone stolen. &amp;nbsp;Login to your account. &amp;nbsp;Choose&amp;nbsp; Plans and Add-ons tab. Then choose&amp;nbsp; Lost/Stolen Phone &amp;nbsp;tab. &amp;nbsp;The choose&amp;nbsp; Suspend Service &amp;nbsp;tab. &amp;nbsp;Logout.&amp;nbsp; Wait few minutes.&amp;nbsp;Login in and report your phone&amp;nbsp;found. &amp;nbsp;Reboot your phone. Also try to Ifadd a $1 top up payment. If you still have problems then contact a moderator. If your plan is $25 and today is your renewal date AND you still have service, you can safely ignore the message. The system is just taking its time taking your money and paying for the new plan.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

This is the simplest way to guarantee you dont lose service. I recommend adding a reminder in your calendar to remember to update when it expires. Or check Payments &amp;gt; Transaction History. When my account got suspended, it just took 1 day after I paid to work again.
