I have pais for the 400 min international talk plan

When O try to make a call the operator says I need a talk plan

What is going on

Which plan are you on presently? If you are on the data only plan (ie. no talk or text), you are unable to use the long distance add on. Which country are you trying to call?

There's a specific list of countries that the add-on lets you call. Also make sure to have 011 then country code then phone number. + then country etc might also work.

Which country are you trying to reach?

The list of included countries is not too long

nternational countries include: Canada, China, France, Germany, Hong Kong, India, Italy, South Korea, Malaysia, Mexico, Poland, Portugal, Puerto Rico, Singapore, Spain, Thailand, United Kingdom, United States, and Venezuela.

Report your phone lost/stolen in the self service account and logout. Wait 5-10 minutes. Re-login and report phone found. Reboot your phone. This seems to reset your SIM card and hopefully activates your plan/account.

If that doesn't work you may have to contact the mods regarding re-provisioning your account.
