      <description>&lt;P&gt;When using the forgot pwd link on the self serve welcome page, the link comes to your email and may take anywhere from 5 to 30 min.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Unfortunately, the link times out at around the 30 min mark. Check your junk mail folder and inbox every 5 min for the half hour and see if you can beat the clock.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Otherwise, &lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/22437"&gt;@CS_Agent&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;will have to help.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

The phone has been disconnected because my credit card changed. someone get at me because resetting the password doesnt work no matter how much I wait.
