      <description>&lt;P&gt;I joined Public Mobile 2 months ago and just received my credit card bill.&amp;nbsp; On April 1, you charged my account $20.34 ($18 + 13% tax), but when I check my online account, I see that that should have been a credit for $18 instead of a charge.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Can you please reverse the charges and credit, instead of debit my account for the ?&amp;nbsp; Thanks.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
