Credit card problems

I'm trying to become a new member of public mobile. I can't because when i get to the payment section, my credit card is not recognized for some reason. I called my credit card compagny and they can't help me.

What am I suppose to do?

If you are using a payment card, leave the apartment/suite number in the payment information section blank.

Get your credit card statement out and match the address exactly. Keep advice from @Triguy and @Jb456 in mind as well.

@lamondav PM's system is finicky. Use Chrome if possible. Make sure Javascript and cookies are nabled. Used uppercase. No special characters. No unit or apartment number. No space when entering your postal code.

Is it Visa, MC or visa debit? Canadian address? Not sure if there are any other deterrents. Frustrated is not good. I would go with vouchers for now, and message moderator.
