Where is my 1 GB extra on my $50 plan???

Where is my 1 GB extra on my $50 plan? I signed up last week and when i signed up there was a extra 1 gb promotion available for 8.5 gb plus 1GB extra per month or 9.5 GBS monthly.

On my account it was never added?

Can you check in the Plan Details? I think it's in there under promos.

I think they said it will take a week or so to kick in the first time and then will be showing regularly

@ajmurphy11 If you meet the eligibility requirements, your bonus data is on it's way.

Eligible customers will receive 1 GB of bonus data within 10 business days of activation
Starting in the second month, 1 GB of data will be added to your monthly plan and will be received upon renewal

Maybe it will take a couple more days to show up. However... do you remember if you selected the 1GB promo under add ons when signing up last week when you were selecting your plan?

It can take 10 business days to be added.

eligible customers will receive 1 GB of bonus data within 10 business days of activation

In addition to the possible 10 business day wait, it's also possible that the 1GB recurring bonus won't get listed under My Data & Add-Ons. For some previous offers, these bonus data amounts get shown under My Promotions.
