I bought the 8 gigabyte plan they shut it off before I use five I want my other three gates either that or give me my f****** money back

@Jay6 When you log into your account...on the overview page what does it say in the "Your plan and add ons" section?

@Jay6 public typically does not shut off data either you used it up and it does not show on self serve or your phone has a limit and it cut you off.

As a side note using **** is just the same as using the full expletive and has no use here in the community.
