Incoming SMS not working

Came back from US a few days ago and SMS aren't working since.

Contacted moderator, they did something and now they go out but nothing incoming still .

Anyone had that ?

Can't further contact moderator either since replying to private community messages doesn't work either now .

I've been stuck in the same situation since Saturday afternoon. I was told it would be 24 hours to fix but now they estimate 72 hours. It's completely unacceptable.
