I can send text messages but cannot receive.. any help?

@AnthonyK77 If that doesn't work use airplane mode for 10 minutes and see if that gets them going.

This happened to me today for the first time. I restarted my phone and all the text messages came flowing in. Try it.

@AnthonyK77 , did you just start your service with Public Mobile? If so did you request a number port in at the same time? This is one of the symptoms of a stuck port but can be other things as well. If you can answer my questions we can better direct our answers to you
