      <description>Hello, my data stopped working all of a sudden. We had to get someone to text me the APN message that I could click on and set up my phone to receive your data. The guy at the kiosk said that I'll probably need that text message again to reset the data information in my phone. Can you text me the APN info again please.</description>

If it is not listed on the front page of selfserve it means you need to purchase more data.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;If manually entering the APN settings doesn't work, try a Network Reset:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Android: Settings-&amp;gt;System(Advanced)-&amp;gt;Reset options-&amp;gt;Reset Wi-Fi, mobile, and Bluetooth.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;iOS: Settings-&amp;gt;General-&amp;gt;Reset-&amp;gt;Reset network&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You will lose saved wifi networks and BT devices.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
