      <description>&lt;P&gt;I am on the $10/30 days plan and has been on Autopay, and the payment was automatically deducted with no problem until this month.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The July is not processed, and my account is now disunabled. I tried make a one time payment with the existing credit card info, but the system is giving me the follow message:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Unable to process this transaction.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Sorry, we are unable to verify your credit card information, so this transaction could not be completed. Your credit card has not been charged.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Nothing has changed on my end. How do I restart Autopay?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;My account also said my $10 plan is expired!?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;You can send a message to moderators for their input....&lt;A href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;Click this to message them&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please be patient as it could take 48 hours or so for a response...usually much less.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Alternative is to get a voucher at 7-11 or most retail stores and add it to your account using 611.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

You could also get a voucher in stores or online and use the 611 or self-serve to make the payment.
