Here's the situation:

I can send MMS always and receive MMS from people sometimes

I always have my data turned on and I am not over my data limit

I have the correct APN settings (see below)

When I fail to receive the MMS, I get an error message that when clicked brings me to compose new text message rather than to the existing conversation with the person who tried to send me that message (I don't get the prompt to download the message. it's like they never sent it)

Any help would be appreciated!

APN Settings:

Name: Public Mobile
APN: sp.mb.com
Proxy: Leave blank
Port: Leave blank
Username: Leave blank
Password: Leave blank
Server: Leave blank
MMSC: http://aliasredirect.net/proxy/mb/mmsc
MMSC proxy: 74.49.0.18
MMS port: 80
MCC: 302
MNC: 220
Authentication type: Leave blank
APN type: default,mms,agps,supl,fota,hipri
APN protocol: IPv4
APN roaming protocol: IPv4
Bearer: Unspecified
MVNO type: GID
MVNO value: 4D4F

There are a few people who can't recieve messages from me. No idea why it is, but 99% of the people I try can get them. I wonder if it is the same for you. That one person has something misconfigured on their end stopping your message (like maybe accidentally blocking you).
