      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/89783"&gt;@jlsandy72&lt;/a&gt;, make sure when setting up auto pay to leave the apartment number field blank if you live in a high rise.&amp;nbsp; Whenever I put in a new payment card, I always do a $1 top up to ensure everything is working properly.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
