      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have logged in to my account, it was saying that $40 amount is due and I recharged it, Now it showing the $0 balance and asking me to make a $50 recharge again. Please tell me why I have to make the payments twice? Also, do I have to do this every month?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;if problem doesn't resolve, you better message to moderator. And for the future put your credit card info into your account for the auto pay, this way you dont have to worry about it and also you will get $2 dicount every month.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
