The link&amp;nbsp; sends you to the private message function and adds the moderator team as recipient for a private message. You just have to enter a title and text in the body of the message describing the problem and post. The message will be received by the moderator team and they will respond to it. You need to access your selfserve account online and on the first screen there is an option called change sim card. Select that option and enter the new sim card number that is printed on the card.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you already activated the new card by mistake then you need to purchase a new sim card and do the change sim card as described above.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;If you register for an account you'll have to enter in the tiny digits on your sim card as you're setting up your plan/account, if it that doesnt work just call in for support! I had to order a sim card based on the plan I was going to be using, amazon has them for 10$ next day delivery if you're a prime member too!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
