I will be going to New Zealand for a month in September.

Is there a way to freeze my account for that time period

so i wont be charged by the Autopay for the month im

not in Canada?

@leeapollinariya You can use the Lost / Stolen feature in selfserve and reenable it when you return.

Hi,

If you remove auto pay, then it will get suspended . You have 90 days to pay and remove it from suspension, after which the account will be deleted if not removed from suspension.

@leeapollinariya , I lived in New Zealand for a few years. Beautiful place. 2 Degree's is a good cheap carrier if you are not familiar with the carriers there.
