Are you on data only plan? If not, and your plan details are correct viia selfserve then make sure your phone is not set to LTE only.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Check&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/73984"&gt;@geopublic&lt;/a&gt;'s suggestion about making sure you're not on LTE first, but if that doesn't solve your problem and you are on a plan with calling, then try a network reset. You will lose saved WiFI networks and BT devices but it often solves these types of issues.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Login to your selfserve account. Choose Plans and Add-ons tab. Choose the Lost/Stolen Phone tab. Choose Suspend Service tab. Wait 15 minutes. Report your phone found.
