I’ve been looking around and can’t seem to find how to remove my autopay. Can someone help me or point me in the right direction please!

Just a few steps and quite easy. Log in to self serve-----> choose payment tab-----> choose manage autopay-----> then there is a button to push that says remove autopay

@Nikita11 Fastest way is to dial 611 from your phone.

Log into your account. Click payment. Then manage autopay.

If you want to remove credit card also it's bottom left like arrow shows.

You can also call 611 to remove autopay. Follow the prompts.

Removing autopay will result in the loss of $2 autopay discount per 30 days.
