There is none as far as I know.
All the promotions are after activating besides the $10 referral bonus.

The holiday one time free 1 Gb data and 400 intl talk promotion is after activating.

Also there is extra 1Gb montly data promotion for $35+ plan and you need to select a plan of $35 or more for that on activation.

There are no currently active promo codes.

The present promotions do not require special code. If you meet the criteria, you will get the bonus monthly data.

Which exact promo were you going to get?

There is no active promotion codes right now in PM. I was searching for promo code when i activated my sim on black friday deals. But I couldn't find it. If you meet the criteria, promotions will apply for you.

Recent holiday give away has following method of activation

To add these add-ons to your account:

Log into your Self-Serve account
Click “Purchase Add-Ons” in My Data & Add-ons section of Overview tab
Select the Free Holiday Giveaway: $0 1GB Add-on and/or Free Holiday Giveaway: $0 400min INTL Long Distance (incl CA & US). It’s up to you if you want one or both!
Click “Buy Add-Ons” at the bottom of your screen.
